With a stable team of mostly women caregivers, cooks and registered nurses, who have enjoyed working together for a number of years, we are proud of our low staff turnover. Working in an enjoyable environment, which is supportive and fun, our client to staff ratio exceeds contractual requirements to ensure we can attend to every one of our resident's needs.
